I love a good twist on a classic. Move over beef burgers! These spinach and feta turkey burgers are next level.
What makes these burgers so good? They are packed with flavour and so unbelievably moist, thanks to the uncooked spinach that adds a ton of moisture to the burger as it cooks. Instead of cooking the moisture out of the spinach prior to adding it to the burgers, the uncooked spinach goes directly into the turkey burgers and as it cooks, it realeases all of its moisture. You are left with such a tender and delicious burger patties. The feta adds a wonderful saltiness and the onion adds impeccable flavour. Turkey is a much leaner type of meat compared to beef. These turkey burgers are much less greasy, but equally delicious
I love serving these burgers on a doughy brioche bun with tomatoes, pickles, bacon, bibb lettuce and of course ketchup and mayo. A few unique flavours of chips and you have a delicious meal. Top everything off with a refreshing beer and cheers to another wonderful home cooked meal!
